Give us your flight number rather than a pick-up time. We monitor the arrival live, so an early landing or a two-hour delay simply moves your chauffeur with it — at no extra cost and with no phone calls from you.
For departures from Tullamarine we plan backwards from the airline's recommended check-in window, then add a traffic buffer for the Tullamarine Freeway and CityLink. You arrive with time to spare rather than time to lose.
Know exactly where you are being met
International arrivals are met inside Terminal 2 at the arrivals hall with a name board. Domestic passengers are met at the baggage carousel or, if you prefer a quicker exit, kerbside once you call.

Match the car to the luggage, not just the people
