Important booking information

• All prices quoted and payments accepted are in Australian Dollars.
• We accept all major credit cards and EFT.
• The quoted fare is inclusive of all road tolls. The first 10 minutes of waiting time are included in the fare; any additional parking paid by the driver will be charged to you. Parking fees apply where relevant.
• Bookings for travel between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am require at least 12 hours' notice. For bookings made after 6:00 pm and no later than 9:00 pm for these hours, please call us on +61 412 312 219 (no SMS) to check vehicle availability. An automated email confirmation may not be valid in this case.
• Prices quoted are for direct transfers only. Any diversion, or extra pick-up or drop-off points within the pre-planned trip, will change the fare.
• Public events usually attract a different rate as defined by the market and agreed upon with the customer.
• A night surcharge of $15 per booking applies between 11:00 pm and 4:00 am (excluding airport pick-ups). A $10 surcharge applies to all international airport arrivals.
• Baby or booster seats are charged at $20 per item for every journey if required.
• We assure customers that vehicles will be on time. Drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes. After this grace period, an additional $1.20 per minute is charged from 10 minutes past the booked time.
• For airport pick-ups we monitor your flight, so wait time is not charged for up to 30 minutes after landing. We do not monitor chartered flights, so wait time may be charged.
• Once a booking is received, an automated email is sent to your address for you to double-check. GOLDWING EXECUTIVE CARS (GEC) will try to contact you to re-confirm. If we do not receive a response from the phone number or email supplied, GEC reserves the right to cancel the booking.
