How we price

Four ways to book, one clear price

Fixed airport transfers

Melbourne Tullamarine, Avalon and Essendon quoted as a single fixed fare including tolls, flight tracking and meet-and-greet.

Hourly & as-directed hire

Keep your chauffeur for an hour, a half day or a full day. Waiting time and multiple stops are included in the hourly rate.

Point-to-point transfers

City, suburban and regional journeys priced by route, not by meter, so the fare never changes in traffic.

Corporate accounts

Negotiated rates for regular corporate travel, with monthly invoicing and cost-centre reporting.

  • AUD $95 minimum through 27 km, then $3.50 for each additional kilometre.

Payment & booking conditions

  • All prices quoted and payments accepted are in Australian Dollars.
  • We accept cash, EFT, all major credit cards, secure payment links and invoicing to business accounts. Credit card payments are subject to merchant service fees.
  • Quoted prices are for direct transfers and change if there is a diversion or an extra pick-up or drop-off point.
  • Parking fees, where applicable, are charged in addition to the quoted fare.
  • Night surcharge of $15 per booking between 11:00 pm and 4:00 am (excludes airport pick-ups). International airport arrivals carry a $10 surcharge.
  • Baby and booster seats are $20 per item, per journey.
  • Chauffeurs wait 10 minutes free; after that $1.20 per minute applies. Airport pick-ups include 30 minutes free after landing.
  • Bookings between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am need at least 12 hours' notice. Public events may be priced at a different agreed rate.
